Return Policy

7-Day Easy Exchange

DecorDrip offers a 7-day exchange policy for eligible products purchased through our website. You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be intact
  • The item should not be damaged, altered, or installed
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be available

Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges

  • Reverse pickup service is available in selected locations based on courier availability.
  • If pickup service is unavailable, customers may self-ship the product to the address shared by our support team.

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer:

  • Products above ₹5,000: 10% of the product MRP
  • Products below ₹5,000: Flat ₹500 return logistics fee

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos and videos of:
    • The damaged product
    • Outer packaging
    • Shipping label

This helps us verify and process your request quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used or damaged products caused after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging

Refund Policy

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. After successful verification, your refund will be initiated.

Refund Timelines

NEFT / Bank Transfer

  • Refunds are processed within 1–3 working days after approval

Online Payment Refunds

  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note that actual refund timelines may vary depending on banking channels and courier delivery timelines.

  • Refunds will only be initiated after successful product inspection
  • DecorDrip reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return eligibility criteria
  • Customers may be asked to provide bank statements or payment proof in case of refund discrepancies
